Kids love it! Sony definitely reduced the amount of color they have now but my kids loved this color.

It was a gift for my wife. She loves the color and design. I would recommend.

Totally grateful I was able to get it in this color for my other nephew. He color coordinates every and I need the third controller because the game console .only came with 2 and I have a nephews. Awesome fund and I was able to get it fast too.

Decent, definitely recommend getting a warranty that way you can replace the controller if anything happens such as stick drift

The color of the purple controller looks so much better in real life compared to the photos. It’s like a galaxy purple and it’s so much fun to play with. A great, quality controller all around. Used it many times already and there are no issues but you can expect that with this console! They’re great!

I bought this extra controller as a Christmas gift to my husband to also go with his new PS5 console and etc. We we're having our grandsons for Christmas and an extended stay, so I bought them each a PS5 game so they could learn how to play and having the extra controller was very beneficial. They do not do gaming at all, so it was nice that my husband could teach them and they both could play together.

This is a beautiful controller. It works just as well as the blue and white controllers that came with our PS5, but this one is in a matte black that just screams "stealth" and "victory".

The PS5 controller is an improvement and much more comfortable than the PS4 controllers. The hepatic feedback and more sensitive controls are great. It works well from a distance and the charge lasts a decent amount of time. I would give this a higher rating but the quality and durability are not there yet. I have four of these controllers. One I had to return because it had stick drift out of the box. Not a slight drift, but it was forcing the focus to the upper right, so I could not play. A second controller, the X button is already sticking or not responding. A third after a decent amount of play the thumb sticks are having issues. The controller is great when it works, but one of four is not good quality control.

This review follows from my original DualSense controller (that came with the PS5 on launch day) all of a sudden losing input on the down d-pad button, essentially forcing me to buy a new DualSense, since no one seems to want to fix it (and that includes Best Buy/Geek Squad). However, coming from the original launch day white model, I feel like this Midnight Black DualSense is a much better product. I believe there may be subtle tweaks that have been made in the newer color models (i.e., better trigger haptics, buttons being a bit clickier, etc.) that make it superior to the original, but I will also say that the color is great, and I prefer it to the white. While the black might not match how the original console looks (without black faceplates), it is a better color because it does not collect dirt/sweat/random hand secretions in the back textured crevices (at least that is visible). My big complaint with the original white was that no matter how clean your hands were, the back of the controller eventually got dirty. The black color seems to avoid this issue for the most part, and that alone makes it worth getting over the standard white. All in all, it's not a PlayStation without a nice black controller, and this one does the job very well. Hopefully the buttons will last on this one for longer than a year and a half.

Really cool controller with great feedback though the triggers and the vibration. This light blue is really cool looking!

The DualSense may be one of the wildest controllers I've ever used, and I love it, but I wasn't a fan of the default white and black one you get with the system. The Midnight Black colorway looks great and the controller feels excellent in my large hands, an issue I had with most of ths previous PlayStation controllers which all felt a bit too small and dinky.

Only complaint is the battery life. Other than that this is one of Sony‘s best controllers yet. Honestly, it fits in my hand perfectly even though I still have bigger hands but it’s more comfortable than a dual shock four controller. High five to Sony for an awesome controller.
