Great controller but ……

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love this controller unfortunately it randomly stopped working tried doing a reboot with the small hole on the back of device but still nothing this is my 2nd ps5 controller that just stopped working with no damage done . Hopefully once I replace it I won’t have the same issue. Make sure to add geek squad protection for a peace of mind.

Bought it so I could take advantage of the Geek Squad add on warranty. The controller works falsely and looks brand new.

Worth the purchase

My old controller started giving me problems by pulling to the left when playing games, a pain, best buy has the best options, at resonavle prices, for ps5 controllers and i know when i purchase from best buy, i am getting high quality equipment. Definitely a trusted store! I have a silicon cover that helps prevent sweating hands
