It’s very innovative, easy to use, fits well in my hands, and love the haptic feedback. Also love how Best Buy was able to exchange the controller due to a factory defect.

Great upgrade over dualshock 4

Built in mic is a great touch and the adaptive triggers are worth the hype. It feels high quality and substantial.

Extra dual sense stuff is cool, but for most FPS games I’ll be turning those features off, since it can be distracting. Price is too high though.

A great addition for sustained gameplay

I rotate it with my other controller when the battery is low. The build quality is great, but does not feel as great as the controller that came with my PS5 2 years ago. Nonetheless it performs perfectly fine.
