Love the new red color, its going to be my resident evil controller once inget skins for it. Especially love it was on sale, thank you best buy having really great deal and quality products!!! Definitely have a customer for life!!!!

I got a brand new ps5 controller, this one feels very nice, easy to handle, I love the color. Fact!! If you need. Ps5 controller just buy it at Best Buy, buy the guarantee and thank me later! Believe me! Is worth it!

Get ready to not naturally ignore rumble anymore. This haptic stuff is amazing when used right. The controller weight is so nice and hefty. It feels so much more premium than any other past sony controller. I do hate that it doesn't have rear paddles or something. That is a big oversight now that I have to drop my ps4 controller with the sony made rear button accessory. Hopefully they will release a Dual sense version sooner than later.

The response time is fast and smooth, and the buttons feel very solid and high quality.

Lovely but stick drift

Hard to get this one and easy to mix up with the other red like color. Even the Best Buy worker almost sold me the wrong one. Ensure you got the right color between this one and the volcanic red.

Very good change from PS4 Controller

It's quiet, soft in your hands and the buttons feel good when you press them. The changing tension of the triggers adds a nice feeling to gameplay. The speaker still surprises me randomly, that sounds good.

The color is even better in person! Even though I already had 2 controllers, had to purchase this just because it looks so awesome! Also, Best Buy was really cool and gave me a brand new one, when I originally had paid for a used controller(since the price was a good amount cheaper). I guess they didn’t have the used one as the website had said they did, and allowed me to buy. Thought that was pretty nice of them to do!

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I consider the xbox controller to be the definitive controller, but the PS5 Dualsense controller has so many great features - like haptic feedback - that makes it great for PS5 and PC. Warning though, not all PC games support this controller, but the game store Steam has great compatibility software built in. Also get a warranty from Best Buy, it allows for in store replacement which is incredibly helpful.
