As a longtime gamer, I’ve used many controllers, but the PlayStation 5 DualSense has truly set a new bar for what a gaming controller can be. From the moment I picked it up, I was impressed by its sleek, ergonomic design and premium build quality. The controller feels substantial in hand, providing a solid grip that’s both comfortable and balanced for extended gaming sessions.

The control sticks are much sturdier and are more resistant to stick drift than the original controllers they give out at launch. Definitely worth a pickup for that alone. All colored controllers will be sturdier than the White controllers (which may vary depending on the serial number on the back). These are your safest bets for replacement controllers.

Love the color and it’s just as good if not better than my original was a few years old. It’s worth it to buy namebrand when it comes to it on this topic..

It works as expected and is an excellent addition as my second controller for the PlayStation 5. Battery life is better than my original controller, and the new color is an excellent change of pace compared to the now dirty white controller. A must-get if you need an extra controller to play for long sessions

By far one of the cleanest looking themed playstation controllers. Has the same pros and cons as all their other dualsense controllers.

The PS5 controller while doesn’t have the best battery looks amazing in black, and just feels quality all the way around. I use it for PC games and my PS5. Love the Dual Sense Technology in games.

Typical PS5 controller. Necessary & good buy. Joystick is stiff in certain games and doesn't rotate camera in certain games. However, maybe it's just Sony and has nothing to do with BestBuy.

This controller works great, my 8 year-old grandson has become a master, it also holds up great under in the possession of an 8 year-old.

Worked flawless no issues and didn’t have any problems

The dualsense PS5 controller feels good in the hands and its extremely responsive. It's definitely the best controller of the current gen consoles. And the midnight color option contoller looks sleek. Great as a back up contoller when the other one is charging
