the quality of the controllers are getting worse with every purchase

This is my 3rd ps5 controlled in 2 years. These are horribly made. I haven't spoken to a ps5 owner that doesn't have this problem. However, as of right now, doesn't appear any way around it but buying a new one, yearly.

Great controller my son loves it but I think it’s kind of pricey and I was able to find a cheaper somewhere else

Not even months old and theres stick drift that ruins gameplay experience

The feel of the remote is really nice but the battery life just doesn’t last.

Works but disappointed in color. Advertised as cosmic red....cost $15 more...looks pink in person. Aside from that does everything the same as the white controller...

For a new controller, it was a disappointment as the buttons were sticking in when pressed and making noises.

I got my pre owned and it will not connect to my PS5

I purchased an open box to save $10. Dog gone it the used controller was broken. That’s why the person who had it before me returned it. Best Buy “employees “ didn’t even check the merchandise they were trying to resell. Dropped the ball on that one. Luckily I’m a decent guy. Or else you would’ve lost a customer.

It doesn't charge very well. I charged it with a different cord and it still doesn't charge very well.

Unfortunately, this one wouldn’t connect to our PlayStation when we got it.

Remote itself is pretty good only issue I have is that the up and down on the dpad stopped working after 2 weeks

Got this and returned and exchanged 3 times! The right trigger button was faulty out of the box!

Worked well for 11 months, left stick started glitching (known issue) - contacted Bestbuy support, they weren't helpful and just redirected to Playstation support. 1/5 - For an official Sony controller, I am used to at least 3 years of quality usage!

Why cant they just come out with a fire engine red controller?

These ps5 controllers are defective this is my 4th time buying a controller and this one got damaged 1 month in this is ridiculous these controller's are defective and the worst part is they want me to pay to ship it to them to get it fixed.

Looks red online but when i got it wasnt happy with the color so return it and got a white one

I give it a five with control freaks. Does feel a little different from ps5 controller.

The joystick has stopped working properly and has bad drift now. One of the buttons stopped working.

Bought this one because the first one already has an issue. For context, I bought the first controller only two months ago. The first one has a non-working left D-pad button and the left trigger sticks. Hopefully this one does better. As a note, I wouldn't recommend the controller, but it's kind of a necessary item?
