The controller joystick moves to the left on its own. Bought this four months ago for $80 and it didn't even last a year. Non-returnable now. I'm going to buy the next one off of Amazon, they'd allow this return.

Color was completely wrong. The return was difficult, the attitude of the associate borderline at best.

This product has already malfunction and I never made it back to the ups to return it in time before they alerted I can no long cause to much time had lapsed so guess I’m out 50$

The piece inside the controller that makes it vibrate seems to end its cycle in an odd way after causing the vibration. I returned one controller because of this. The second one was the same way and my nephew's is the same as well.

This has nothing to do with the retailers but these ps5 controllers are notorious for "stick drift" i have 4 of these controllers and now my newest one have terrible stick drift.

Second controller i bought out 4, very bad quality sony, the buttons and triggers are already messing up and being honest im not a very heavy gamer anymore neither do i give bad treatment to my controllers and consoles but really try to find a better option

It’s red! That’s about it. Nothing about this controller.

Doesn’t stay connected via Bluetooth and doesn’t hold a charge. Never had a problem with a PS5 controller before. Maybe just a bad one.

1 month in and the controller already have a drift on the anolog

Good controller, but gets the left analog stick drift going left pretty quick. Barely used controller, tried all the tricks, except opening it up.

I disliked the color. Returned it and got black instead

In less than two months this controller was already drifting. Thank god a I’m a total tech member and was able to exchange it

It was drifting during the first use out of tbe box. I should have known that this is an item you wanna get new if you do serious gaming

I still have yet to receive this item, I ordered in January.

Brought 2 different colors on the same day 19 days later both stop working on the same day buttons stop working

Didn't last a month. And this is my 3rd ps5 controller. It's getting ridiculous

After a month started bugs and controller not functional. Stuck left side while playing and I hate it! When I tried to bring it back to Best Buy. They said oh you have to go thru Sony! Never gonna buy anything from Best Buy!

It is already broken only a couple of months using something is wrong with the joystick, I have three controllers with the same problem

Very bad quality like the thing keep lagging and can’t and sit on right in any game you play

Second one I bought, cannot hold a charge, I’ll never buy a controller from Best Buy again
