"excellent" does not mean "like new"
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My "excellent" rated open box ps5 controller operates well, however I would not say it's "like new." Sticks have more dirt collected than my 3 year old used in controller's sticks. The touch pad has worn in stains from consistent usage and the back of the controller has light scratches from the original user trying to plug in the USB C cable and missing the port. Disappointed by the quality rating of this product and would probably rate it as "Good" condition at best.

Love the controller

The new feature is pretty cool and playing a shooting game is where your going to be wow at.
