Finally a Black PS5 Controller

BEWARE OPEN BOX PRODUCTS

Beware open box items. Even from best buy.

Opened Box - Covered in Grime

Will give the review a two star as the controller works. However, when I opened the box, this item was coated in dirt. I'm not sure if the previous owned went out side to play in the mud then decided to use his/her PS5, but this thing was down right filthy. As I was home already, I cleaned it using a baking soda mixture and rubbing alcohol to get in the tough to reach places, but I couldn't believe the state the product was in when I opened the package. Needless to say, it's clean now and working fine, but whoever is responsible for managing returns and restocking open items at this location needs to do a better job.
