Trouble staying charged. Might have to exchange it.

I wish Sony would make a better product. In 18 months, we have had 6 of these fail at some point.

I haven’t tried it yet, but cannot wait. Prayerfully I get get a PS5 soon before the bots buy then all to resell them.

Not happy broken the first day ofplay with drifting issue

open box excellent product came with food stuck all over the controller. Food inside of the box. This is the first time i have gotten an open box item that was this nasty. my local store is not open due to the hurricane so i had to mail this one back. i'm just hoping i get a credit or a replacement before the 27th because it was a birthday present. ugh

Looks cool, can’t use it yet because I can’t get a PS5 even though I had one in my cart, couldn’t check out

Good quality but this controller only going to last 2 months

Bought it in April 2022 in January 2023 it stopped working. The left joystick gets stuck in the left position without even moving the joystick. PlayStation online service/repair system is useless. I’m disappointed that Sony makes things disposable and so cheap. Didn’t even last a year.

I need another PS5 controller. And so I want a different color also.

No complaints apart from the fact that you dont get a charging cable

We bought PS5 for my son it confirmed he was the happiest person i ever saw hom he yelled and screamed because he has been trying months to get PS5 then 10 minutes later you cancelled his order This is by far the worst thing you can do its like taking candy away from child I will post your emails all on social media You have really really hurt my son

Not sure what it is with the products from Best Buy but everything I buy from there tends to be very bad quality- this controller keeps making a knocking sound whenever the controller vibrates.

I'd love to see if they work, but alas, there are no consoles being sold. It makes for a poor wind chime but a fairly useful, albeit expensive, cat toy. Completely failed as an undergarment or facial covering. I tried blowing in the one end but found it to be alarmingly musically challenged. I pasted a few onto my dog and now he resembles a storm trooper, so there's that.

Best controller so far, just wish the battery life lasted longer.

Broke after 2 months. Then Sony wants me to pay for shipping

Love it, but every 2 or 3 months we have to replace it. Just stops working.
