Great controller and a great color. Brand new controller is always good with the new joysticks.

This remotes looks nice. I got it because it looked different from the standard remotes and like blue. However I would hesitate recommend it merely as it is more expensive than standard remotes, when there it nothing special about it apart from the regular remotes other than a color change

I purchased two PlayStation 4 controllers at the very end of May as a gift for my son’s 31st birthday. Now, here we are at the end of June—barely a month later—and both controllers are already having issues. One has a faulty trigger, and the other has problems with the analog stick (the little swirly knob thing), which just broke off. These are basic functions that should last longer than a few weeks with normal use. Honestly, they just don’t feel as durable as the PS4 controllers I remember from years ago. What’s frustrating is that the price of these controllers hasn’t gone down, even though PS4s aren’t being actively supported like before. And no, I didn’t buy the insurance or extra warranty—because I trusted the quality based on past experience. My original controller from years ago is still functioning, so I expected the same from these new ones. Would I buy them again? Unfortunately, I might have to, just so my kids can play their games—but I wouldn’t want to. I definitely think Sony or the retailers should offer a better warranty than just 15 days. Once that window closes, you’re pretty much stuck if something goes wrong. Bottom line: the quality just isn’t what it used to be, and at this price, it should be.

The New PlayStation DueShock 4, has a better Battery. I play about 8-10 hrs.every night, and it goes down to about half. My original Duel shocks 4 controllers i would have to charge them after 6-8hrs of use. And the new light on the touchpad is really cool easy on the eyes the buttons are better and joystick has a better build quality than previous version. wont worn out as quickly as previous generations. or at least i hope so. This new version of the DualShock controller is definitely worth replacing your old ones with
