Good controller

The triggers feel better and fits nicely in the hand. This is all opinion though. I've been mostly a PlayStation fan since the PS1. I've not experienced the changes of the new Xbox One controller. Good controller, I don't like going to a 3rd party on these because of quality issues.

Great but short term

The triggers tend to go first, then the analogs and the charging port can stop working correctly from one serious drop if its plugged in.
