It was much cheaper in the store then other locations on-line. Works well and does the trick. Boys love the PS4!!! (So does dad :))

Of course I asked first if there were any way to fix it and the salesperson was very kind. Answered my questions and suggested I buy extended warranty in case this new one dies too since they're so costly. Thanks for the good service. Now if Sony could drop the prices on their controllers a little that'd be great. ;)
