Good Quality and used to have a good return policy

Recently fell off I guess. Used to be the only place I buy expensive quality electronics for the understanding it was going to work or they would take care of it for me. Instead of passing off to manufacturers. So might have to start looking elsewhere also

Also I expected to have another charging cable with the controller however it does not come with the controller, it is sold separately.
