Excellent Product

The sticks seem much more stiff. The touchpad doesn't have a lot of uses. The triggers also feel similar to the Xbox 360 controllers which i really like.

Initially good and after return window pathetic

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am not sure whether its to blame Sony or Best Buy... i bought a ps4 console with one controller and a separate controller separately... both from BestBuy. The controller coming with console is perfectly fine but the other controller which bought separately was doing great, but soon after the return window got over, it started behaving ridiculously. The toggling and movement of the L1/R1 and Left joystick and Right joystick are behaving abnormally and acting on its own which is not only creating problem within the game but also creating problem as what you intend and what you are hitting are completely different making this controller almost unusable. Best Buy should look into this ASAP.

Exactly what I needed

I haven't tried any other controllers for PS4 yet, but this one works great. I wish the battery life was longer, but such is life. The new PS4 controlller has a lot of new features.

It's a PS4 controller...

The only think that sucks about it is that it did not come with a charging cable. So you need to use the one that came with the PS4 system OR buy another micro-usb charging cable.
