It's just like any other controller but glacier white. It plays well and give a different look as do all colored controllers.

I ordered the package on 8/29/19 and it was on sale PLUS it was an open box package. I didn’t know what much to expect. It was my first time ordering from Best Buy as well as something that wasn’t 100% in perfect condition. I was VERY impressed at how fast my product came. It was delivered 8/31/19 and such a great price! Really glad I bought it and will definitely buy more open box purchases. The only thing is that it didn’t come in original packaging but came in a package that protected my product as well as kept my item discreet.

There have been some minor improvements to the current controllers mainly the light bar on the touch pad which I kind of like, it comes into play nicely when your charging it. There's not confusion if its actively charging the controller or not.

Love the color. My son sooo happy to receive his new controller for his Christmas present. Great looking and works well. Two thumbs up.

I use this controller for FPS games like Call of Duty. Worked fine for a month. After, the left analog stick stopped functioning properly while attempting to run. Did an internet search and ,apparently, it is a common problem with this controller. Will have to try to exchange it. Sony has to address this problem since these controller are costly.

There's a reason this design has stuck around for so long. It just works. The color is a nice bonus.. feels solid. Feels responsive.

Bought it for pc gaming, dont own a ps4. But controller works great for that, syncs up with bluetooth just fine.

Bought this controller for my new PS4. Needed another one to play mutiplayer. Got insurance on the controller just in case.

Overall the controller has worked fine. I haven't used it much, so it's tough to give it a 5* without having the time to see if it will last. It is slightly different than the original PS4 controllers that were out when the PS4 first came out, but I would say for the better. Seems like the analog sticks are a bit higher quality in terms of their rubber/grip. I do wish the controllers were much cheaper, as $60 for the plain and $65 for a different color seems a bit much.

It's a great controller but they do randomly break down after months and months of FIFA but it's dope new design.
