I already had a dualshock 4 that had acquired some bumps and bruises over the years, so I bought this as a replacement. It looks nice, and it's less prone to smudging than my primary white controller!

I’m just getting into gaming and my daughter suggested PlayStation. This controller is not as hard to learn as I thought. Plus, it’s black and white, my colors. Thanks BB! Works great.

This is the best controller for the ps4. The third party controller does not work really very well with the playstation 4. I wish the controller price to be little bit cheaper.

Bought this for my husband as a back-up controller when the other needs to be charged. It became his new primary controller-- he loves it!

Best controller for every game posssible. Only advantage to using competitors is that they have more responsive D-Pads. Other than that I highly recommend this controller!

Both of my older, original ps4 controller's thumb sticks started to break apart. No matter how good I took care of them, the rubber still started to break and peel. The new revised controller has better material that doesn't feel like they will break as easily.

This was a 2nd controller for use with a new PS4 which comes with 1 controller. Worked with no problems as expected. This is really a commodity item and since I like Best Buy's service and they had it on sale it was a no brainer to buy at BB.

Got an open box, works great. I've looked at third party controllers but besides the super expensive ones, your best bet is the dualshock for the ps4.

My nephew loved his wireless controller. I highly recommend for PS4 users

great device, love the functionality, my only concern is the charging port (this is my second replacement) but it works great, never had any problems with the buttons or anything.

Great product from Sony as always with them. I've tried knock off brand controllers but they were all trash compared to a legit controller from Sony.

You can’t beat Sony for quality. All the controls have a smooth secure feeling to them, no loose jiggly buttons. Instant response while playing, no delays. The best for the best!

I got it for my daughter for her birthday and she loves it. Plus her favorite color.
