The product works ....but what's best is to shop at Best Buy because they offer amazing product protection ....if it breaks you can walk into the store and exchange it for a brand-new one as long as you buy the protection and you're covered

The controller is nice and looks high quality. My son loves the color which was the reason we bought it. Need to connect using bluetooth with are PS4. Connecting with cable didn't work.

Love the new PS4 controllers! Sure, it's a bit annoying that the old ones arent compatible and that of course the system only comes with one so you have to shell out an extra $60 for another one right away, but these are far superior to the PS3 controllers

It was a gift for a friend as his other one couldn’t hold a charge long. The battery on this brand new controller is great compared to the ones that this replaced which were about 5 yrs old.

There are four of us in the family and therefore a great purchase to have multiple people playing simultaneously. The wireless feature is flat out awesome....no wires that get tangled and no tripping over them. Control is easy to operate.
