I only buy Sony controllers

I have not tried the "knock-offs" and do not intend to do so. I also do not repair controllers because even though you repair one thing the rest of the controller is still old and worn. Best buy had this nice red Sony in stock. It looks nice, works smoothly, and will give me good service for a long time.

Expensive but worth it - I own a PS5 but am glad I get to play older gen games with my DS4, perfect for smaller hands and something about it just makes it the perfect sized controller for any type of game.

If you plan on keeping your PS4 and playing it for the years to come you should buy some of these now before you can no longer find new ones. The consoles last longer than the controllers so it's always good to have new ones ready to go in case current ones break.

More expensive than an aftermarket product. However the aftermarket stick sensitivity varies and can make playing a action video game difficult
