Great Sony controller. If you need a replacement controller there is nothing better than the original. Battery life could be better but you know what you are getting when you buy this item. Works good as always and connects easy to system. Would recommend to anyone that wants or needs a new controller. The controller finish is also quality. It isn't necessarily what I would consider gold but it looks good and does its job.

The controller was good the service was ok they did not bring the controller to my car I had to go inside and get it even though I asked for cub side pickup.

This was a gift for my grandson…he was happy that it was exactly what he needed and hooked up perfectly to the PS4. Very satisfied with the purchase.

This ended up being a present for my son and he loves it, he keeps breaking this all the time and I found it for a good reasonable price here at best buy. LOve the color too.

Works great. I can tell that it is new because the paddles are a little though to push down but will just need a little wear to get them to work correctly. Would buy again.

It’s a PS4 controller upgrade from the original that came with the original PS4. The battery life is better even with the light bar on the touch pad. Glad I upgraded to the new ones.

I love this controllers , I love that Best Buy have them. Not everyone have them. Super easy to play.

A basic wireless controller, but it's very smooth handling - too many issues with the Xbox wireless where it would freeze and delay. No issues so far - love the color (like putting my name on it - everyone knows it's mine).

Go with original Sony PlayStation controller. Owned several third party controllers while much cheaper, they all ended up in the trash due to buttons getting stuck and randomly turning on the console.

Ps4 controller is awesome, i only had to replace the last one after 4 years of wear and tear. Looks like ill be going to ps5 next year but my controllers work great from bestbuy!
