Great handling and battery life. I would get PS4 controller over generic brands.

this was purchased as a replacement. while it was sad to part with a dear friend, the transition to this new controller was seamless.

The DS4 combines the best aspects of the Xbox 360's ergonomics with the traditional Sony design, which I'm more comfortable with. For me, this is the best controller of the generation, and tied for the 360's for the best of all time.

This was purchased with a PS4 bundle so that my boys could play games together and it must work great because they put high miles on that sucker. It’s like a time warp when they pick this thing up.

Excellent as always. Just bought it and it’s so great playing with a new controller. Wear and tear is dependent on how much and what games you play. Always a solid controller.

After years of refining an already elegant controller design, Sony tries to reinvent the wheel and it comes out in the shape of a square. Over-delicate trigger buttons have broken on two of my four controllers with moderate-hard use, resulting in a button that sticks in place and makes some games unplayable with them. Soft rubber gel covering analog sticks wears off within a few months and is not user-replaceable. Third party "pads" are available but get slick with sweat and slippage becomes a huge problem. Controllers are bluetooth, which is both good and bad. Bad because supporting four controllers means no ability to support bluetooth headsets; good because you can jack in any wired headset with a 3.5mm connector and stream game/chat audio through the controller. Touch pad is fine but under-supported by any of the titles I've played. Controller light bar causes severe battery drain. It's dimmable but still should be allowed to be disabled. It's really only used by the Playstation Camera anyway, so there is no real good reason not to be able to turn it off if you want to. Dualshock 4 a black eye on an otherwise great console from Sony. Another case of Sony trying to solve a problem that doesn't exist.

I bought the new controller because I really enjoy PlayStation games. The controller is a really nice addition to my console. I definitely recommend it for any gamer who likes to share their gaming experience with others.

Fast delivery. Needed a Dual Shock 4, and quantities are hard to come by online. Sony makes that best value, full-featured controller.

Controller is on point! love it. even though it was an open box purchase all was perfect with the controller.

The Sony dual shock controller is not only the original, its the best controller made for the Playstation 4. Best Buy has them for a great price, easy to pick up or ha e delivered.

I really love the controller, the color is just perfect with my setup and has great reaction time with the games that I play. I would really recommend this to anybody that plays ps4.

According to my son who uses this controller, it works great and it’s the one he took with him to college (not sure his brothers found out yet.)

Thank you Best Buy for having a great Black Friday sale on this :) Got this because the PS4 only comes with one controller. They wanted to play two person games. They said they like the new controllers a lot.

Not my favorite color option, but it was easilly My second, controller works great, and helps me and my girlfriend distinguish between eachothers controllers
