No complaints with the controller. It does everything it needs to do and I can sit through long gaming sessions without hand cramping. The blue with black really got me to buy it, can't wait until the red one comes out.

Can’t find a PS5. Got to keep the PS4 going. This is a great controller like the original. Just red. Xbox is terrible.

I did not realize this was the new updated controller, but the feel is slightly better, and it features a lightbar built into the touch section which is very asthetic. Best color in my opinion (Red)

Great addition to my PS4 so I can play dual player games. Only wish they had different color options in stock when I picked the item up. Nothing wrong with midnight blue, but would have preferred a more different color than a dark color to the already black controller I had. Nothing I can do about what is available in stock though. Lastly I used my rewards for the purchase so i got it at a discounted price. Can't complain.

I play Fortnite about 3 days a week, maybe more. I am not rough on my remotes. I had a couple $65 dollar remotes I bought lately, and they died by the second month of use. I put one beat up old controller away for emergencies. Had it over a year and a half. It finally went kapootz. I went to Best Buy and bought a ps4 a month ago. It still acts smoothly. I can aim without drifting up or down.

These Crystal Dualshocks have a very unique transparent color to them! The Red is exclusive to Best Buy and there are two other colors exclusive to other stores. I say collect em all like Pokemon!

I bought this as an additional controller because my husband kept snagging mine for the ps3, this controller works on both the ps4, ps4 pro and the ps3.

I mean it's a PS4 controller. What more can I say other than that it works? Reviewing it for the Best Buy points, babyyyyyyyyyyy.

I am a sucker for exclusives and this controller is a very nice addition to my collection. I was A little surprise the Best Buy color was red instead of the crystal blue or even a crystal yellow.

questionable QA as I had one that developed pretty bad stick drift, other than that these controllers were seriously very comfortable

It's a DualShock 4 controller. I'm not sure what else you want me to say. It's comfortable and works well.

Good control original, perfect of course for PS4 I hope they go lower on price my son brake this every year. he is a heavy gamer and they last ok, for the average gamer last longer....
