Very cool item. Stream all things from your PS5. I have had good luck with my PS5 wired to my home network. Only drawback so far is no Bluetooth headphone option. Has to be wired or have to have Sony's pulse headphone for a wireless audio. So far so good.

This is an excellent device. Allows me to continue playing my games when the family takes over the tv. It’s the perfect weight and the grips are just like the controller which provides a seamless experience between console and handheld.

I like it but it does have its limitations for sure.

I love the ability to game ANYWHERE in my house. Even in a 4000sqft house, my wifi is still strong enough to give a smooth connection. I leave it mostly on my night stand and game for a hour before bed.

It was gifted to me and I used it for a few weeks before abandoning it due to internet connection issues. My internet works completely fine for my other devices but can't maintain a decent connection for more than a few minutes with this thing. Definitely do not recommend to anyone except maybe those with very high speed internet.

I’m sure that this is a good product if you have reliable Wi-Fi, but if not, definitely avoid. I got this so I could hang with my roomies when they wanna use the tv, but the experience is choppy at best and downright unplayable at worst. Pretty much only use it for bg3 and persona. I highly recommend testing out remote play on your phone or computer before purchasing this, wish I did.

For 200 its a bit much for what it can do. Id say 150 would be fair. A huge factor is internet quality and speed. But i reccomend if u wanna lay amd play in bed or couch. If kiddos using tv.

First one I got had a joystick issue, which is very common in this console generation. Besides that I’ve been blown away by the quality of the device.

Purchased for my son as a Christmas gift. While he does love it, we all thought it was portable and could be taken on the go. It still has to be close to the actual console. All in all its a nice size console and we are mostly satisfied with the purchase, just wish it was fully remote.

Was able to buy one online yesterday, and this morning, I got an email saying that the item was canceled. Pretty frustrating. Customer support said it was canceled because the item isn't available. Also that I should drive to the store to order it in person. There seems to be something wrong, with this process. If i was able to "reserve" or "buy" one it should not be cancelled. Anyways, shoutout to best buy for my 1st world problem. They dont care and this comme t will go nowhere

Its a really good product. I just wish you didn’t have to have a PS5 to use it. I was hoping it was like the Nintendo switch where you could use it like its own device

All the people complaining about it selling out, need to stop… it was available on PlayStation.com for months and just sold out a week before release you guys snoozed stop complaining

The device itself is gorgeous. Feels great. However the WiFi capabilities are horrendous. Wouldn’t even stay paired to my PS5 from 4 feet away. If you are looking for Switch/steam deck device for PlayStation, this is not it.

Imagine buying a brand new top of the line 8k TV from Sony or Samsung or whoever, but the sound is 1 second off the video on all media, no matter what. That's what this product feels like. Very expensive and very limited (no blue tooth, no android or other equivalent.) I have Verizon first, gig connection and the amount of crackling and stuttering in the sound and video is ridiculous. Plus if you just tap a directional button in the menus or enter a letter in a search field and you happen to enter a lag field, it registers as multiple presses which makes menu maneuvering or entering words VERY annoying. I unfortunately preordered mine direct from sony and thought firmware updates would help alleviate the issue but nothing yet! Stuck with a $200 paperweight.
