Hello, Yordy. We're sorry to read your WF-G700N left bud is no longer working. Please try resetting them placing both earbuds in the charging case and holding down the buttons on both earbuds simultaneously until their indicator lights start flashing. If the left bud does not respond, try opening the case lid slightly and attempting the reset immediately. In case a simple reset does not resolve the issue, try the factory restore procedure, pressing and holding buttons on both earbuds until the LED indicators flash red and then blue multiple times. This may require multiple attempts if one bud is unresponsive. Here are some useful troubleshooting steps that you can try:

1. Make sure the software is up to date - You can quickly check if your headset requires a new update by downloading and using the INZONE Hub software.

2. Try using the earbuds in a different location, away from other wireless LANs, microwave ovens, or other devices that generate electromagnetic waves and can cause interference with your earbuds.
