Very nice, great sound and mic

They really bridge the gap between an IEM and a traditional gaming headset, no wires and a crystal clear microphone. The only thing I wasnt a huge fan of was the "sony inzone" app but you can use dolby atmos and a few other apps as well just easily for better options on loudness eq and sound profiles if you're on PC and if you have to use it due to being on PS5 I would say its not terrible.

Perfect gaming buds

Wish the usb dongle was a little lower profile, but the comfort and sound are spot on. Just remember you have to adjust your device sound level and the headphones themselves. Some settings require using the computer app which isn’t amazing but isn’t difficult either.

Inzone's Good gaming earbuds

Actual good snug fit in my ears. Cons, No background noise canceling Must use a usb dongle Will occasionally drop connection if there are a good number of wireless signals present, meaning they dont have the ability to switch frequency. Overall, I'm happy with these for the price I paid on sale and for having geek squad as well, I have great confidence that if something happens with these or they stop working, Best Buy has my back. This is very important these days to have that assurance

We appreciate your honest feedback regarding the features as well. While these earbuds do include Active Noise Cancellation, the effectiveness often depends on achieving a perfect seal with the ear tips, so you might find an even better experience by experimenting with the different sizes included in the box. Regarding the connectivity, the USB-C dongle is specifically designed to provide the ultra-low latency required for gaming, though we recommend keeping it away from other USB 3.0 devices to help minimize interference in areas with many wireless signals.

Good but needs changes

Not compatible with phones or devices that don’t have a usb C. For use with a ps5, they work well but the volume can be low. You are not able to change the settings for voice and other sounds from multiplayer games, which can make it difficult to hear other people if the game has pound sounds

One of the best earbuds for PS5 gaming.

I unfortunately didn’t like the fit for an ear bud it just didn’t fit my ears even with the different sized ear pieces. I returned them for the Nova Pro Wireless from Steel Series and will be good for a long time.

Not for PS portal! PS5 only

Corded headphones work fine but they kind of get in the way of game play. I thought they we expensive but I would like to use them for my PS5 as well. I looked at several reviews that said they were great and better than the new Sony Pulses, but no mention they did not connect to the portal. Which was so stupid in my opinion to pay this much for headphones for them not to work on another Sony product. Disappointed so I returned them.

The Playstation Portal does not support Bluetooth, the earbuds will not work with this. You can use any PlayStation Link-supported audio device for Playstation portal. Fantastic earbuds! Been my daily drivers for years

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.These earbuds are perfection and I hope they never stop producing them, they have great soundstage, the planar magnetic drivers really deliver crisp and clean audio, the battery life is just as good as advertised, getting 12 hours on a single charge, the one downside is the case only holds one extra charge, however that being said I've never had an issue with charging, the case is durable, however does not support wireless charging, they have a USB-C receiver so if you wanted to use them on your gamefl console/PC you can. They have great ANC and are comfortable to wear. The microphone is the one point I would say these earbuds could improve on but honestly it's just as good as other microphones in earbuds at this price range

Great ps5 earbuds

I have had any connection issues and setup was easy. I haven’t done the customization with my pc yet, but I really haven’t felt the need to.

Tons of better products out there

Using them with my phone is almost impossible unless you have your phone out all the time. Having it in my pocket the audio would cut out im assuming from the poor transmitter. Battery life is fairly good, could go a day on a single charge.
