Primarily used with my PS5, but I also paired to my phone to test the sound quality fir music amd wasn’t disappointed. The dual mode feature (being able to listen to music via bluetooth while gaming via dongle) is a neat trick it that’s your thing, but not for me.

Number one. It's mainly a full plastic build. It can feel like cheap creaky plastic when wearing for long periods of time. Secondly, I've had complaints from my friends using higher quality microphones on discord that my headsets might quality wasn't as good. The biggest concern I have with the headset is that it fits very very loose. I don't have a small head but it doesn't stay on my head on the smallest setting. It tends to shuffle forward and fall down my head. Despite these oversights, the sound quality is above average and passable. I would still recommend if you could get it on sale.

Fantastic sound and comfort, but disappointing mic

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these as I wanted a pair of wireless gaming headphones for when I decide to play games on my PS5 out in my living room, and I'm not annoying everyone else. I have EPOS H6pros at my desk for work and PC gaming, and those are great headphones as well. I also have a pair of Sennheiser 6XXs for music, and Sony XM3's I use for traveling and when I commuted to work. A few months ago I bought Steelseries Arctis Nova Pros for the same purpose I bought these, but I felt the sound on those are poorly tuned despite the numerous audio settings in their software suite, and I felt like my head was constantly between two soup cans. They were not comfy either. I decided to try the H7s during the Black Friday sale, and these things are slick and have a great natural sound. Very reminiscent of the audio quality I had with the Sony XM3s, but without the ANC, which is kind of worthless feature for gaming headphones in my opinion. These don't have a ton of umph though, in particular the bass, and in the software sutie I swear it does nothing when I try to tune these. I played God of War: Ragnarok for about 35 hours in these though, and I thought the game audio was about as good as I have experienced with even my wired headphones are soundbar. They've been incredibly comfy to wear, and they don't get hot. I had once instance where the audio quality dipped for like 10 seconds. However, I just connected these to my PS5 right out the box without updating the firmware in the Inzone Suite. Switching between PC and PS5 is easy as there's a little switch on the the dongle. The bad with this headset is the mic. The audio quality isn't necesarily bad, but the main issue is it picks up literally every outside noise. If you were to play on PC it will pick up mouse clicks and key presses, and your breathing if the mic is too close. You could kick up the mic if you're not using it, but I still think the quality of it is excusable. Sony would have maybe one of the best headsets period if they put more effort into the mic. For me these headphones will be great for single player games on my PS5. and maybe casual use for online games. I simply can't recommend this headset though if you play on PC due to the mic picking up noises or competitive online games like CoD. I give these an easy recommendation overall though when on sale, and I would recommend to stay away from the H9s as the only difference really is they have ANC and leather ear cups.

Comfortable and great on a sale

They look a bit spacey but to me they sound really great with the PS5. Ive used them for 6 hour game sessions and i do get some ear fatigue after that long. This model come with a material cloth like fabric for the ear cups and I like them over the leather type options. I would definitley say to pick these up on a dale of 150 but imo these are not worth the price of 249.99. Did i mention the battery life is insane. Overall, these are great if you catch them on a sale but if you cinsider paying thenfull 250 price do research as there are better options out there.

In general, the headset delivers quality sound, comfort, and style. The look is cool and is a different take on the traditional “gaming” headset. The earcups are comfortable for extended wear but not what I would consider “premium” at this price point. That’s not to say it doesn’t feel well made. The sound quality is great and a definite plus. Now excessive bass, no flat or tinny tones – just overall balanced audio. MIds and highs are crisp and solid, bass is adequate but not super punchy. For gaming I found the sound to be accurate and immersive. The companion app is functional but delivers little value. A few EQ presets, some power settings and some options for special configurations. It doesn’t feel polished and seems like somewhat of an afterthought. Most gaming headsets now a days come with a companion unfortunately they aren’t all created equally. Connectivity was effortless and reliable. I’ve seen a few other reviews about connectivity issues, but I didn’t experience them. Both Bluetooth and 2.4ghz connectivity seemed rock solid. I suppose your mileage may vary. The included wireless adapter has a physical switch to allow the headset to work on both PC and Playstation 5. I appreciate the versatility and it’s a great feature to add into the mix. A thumbs up as far as I’m concerned.

The comfort was great and the sound too. But after two hrs it started sounding a bit distorted. I picked it up at the store counter and was the only device available. It seemed like if it was opened before because the box looked a bit loose. After the second time using it both head pieces were making a weird sound. I ended up exhanging it for the same one and its still on its way. So im stilk hopeful. Most reviews ive heard are great i hope the new one doesn’t disappoint.

My only complaint is the fact that you can not adjust the EQ from the PS5 or carry over the EQ adjustments from the PC Inzone hub over to the PS5 and because of that the sound on the PS5 seems to be flat with no way to adjust it. but it sounds amazing on the PC after adjusting the EQ, I just wish since the H7 are advertised as PC/PS5 headset that the EQ could also be adjusted on the PS5 or atleast from an audio hub app like the stealth 700’s.

Comfort is good, sound is ok for the sale price i paid for them. They sound better than the 3d pulse headset but not better than my son's turtle beach 700 max headset. I definitely wouldn't pay full price by a long shot. Using the Bluetooth and the adapter for the PS5 is great and convenient. I've never owned a headset with this functionality. I guess that I'll see how long the ear cup padding will last.

Build quality is very good, and they are lightweight and comfortable. However, the sound quality on the base setting is pure muddy bass and you cannot edit the sound profile on ps5. I only recommend these if you are purchasing for PC or if Sony adds a software update that allows configuration on ps5.

I've been using it for meetings and it's a little quiet through teams but very clear. I'm not as thrilled with the microphone. I plan on trying it out with the PS5 after I'm able to get another headset for work. I would recommend it if you need something stable and solid without any bells an whistles. The only con I se is that it sits kind of wide and slide around a bit.

The ear pieces have a ton of adjustment and syncs quickly to a PS5. Easy set up w/ the PS5 as well. Great battery life, easily in the double digits for hours before needing a charge.

Love that they work on my PS5 and my PC. Sound is great, easy to use, so far seems like a good battery; only chathed once and havent had to again yet. I dont think these have noise canceling, but my wife will tell you I don't answer her when she talks to me while I'm playing.

I can now really tell where people are coming from in Warzone! Soft fabric material on the earpads keeps me from feeling hot. Really nice.

These are an upgrade in every way. The mic sounds perfect over discord and the over the ear pads are very comfortable. Sound quality is perfect
