The bluetooth connection can be a little spotty sometimes. I'll have music playing, but when my phone rings, it won't answer the call in the headphones. Only happens on occasion and it's when I have more than one phone connected, hoping a software update will fix that; It's the only reason these aren't five stars for me.

Never had issues with them, uses them pretty regularly, they are also more comfortable than the Sony wf-1000xm4 in my opinion.

Great but weird texture

The the case is matte black and scuffs super easy. I previously had the white ones and the inside coating if paint wore down really quick which made the inside look real dirty. The exterior was great tho and felt higher quality than this one. This version feels a little cheaper made. Other than that its great sound and easy to use.

They’re the second best sounding earbuds I’ve used, right behind the AirPods Pro 2, and even then they’re pretty close. They have a lot of nice features and they are very customizable thanks to Sony’s app. ANC is pretty good, although they’re behind Apple imo, and same with transparency mode. I had some issues with multi point connection and i ended up disabling that feature. But overall they’re really good.

They feel good, sound great, and are very easy to setup and use. Battery life is superb and these earbuds live up to the Sony name. Only complaint that i might have is keeping them in for long periods of time (5+ hours or more) starts to irritate my ears. Connectivity while walking can also be a bit glitchy at times, but supports a far range and doesn’t often trip up.

It's easy to go from ambient listening to noise-cancelling by tapping the left earbud. Volume can also be controlled by the touching of the earbud(s). Frustrating battery life

Then after an update the earbuds don't last more than 7 minutes on a phone call. I would not recommend these to anyone else. They are now e-waste on my shelf. I've resorted back to my Galaxy buds that have been working like new for 5 years now even after being put through the washer once and multiple sessions in saunas at the gym.
