Thanks for sharing your review and experience with the LinkBuds S. We're glad that you like the sound quality of the headphones. It's unfortunate that you lost one earbud. Please note that the warranty does not cover the cost of replacing lost or damaged items. The earbuds are pre-set with information that allows them to communicate with and from each other. These settings can only be configured at the authorized service center with all three components present. For this reason, you can't simply replace one missing part. Please reach out to our authorized service center (United Radio Service Inc.) for replacement.

Please note that the noise canceling function is effective in low frequency ranges such as airplanes, trains, offices, near air-conditioning, and is not as effective for higher frequencies, such as human voices.
