While we are thrilled that you are satisfied with the very comfortable & secure fitting of our WF-L900 LinkBuds, we are really sorry if its sound quality didn't live up to your expectations. We also appreciate your input with the built of the charging case of these headphones.

For the sound quality, if the headset is not worn properly in your ears, you may not obtain the correct sound qualities or call performance. If the part of the headset where sound is output is not oriented correctly toward the ear canal, the sound quality may sound poor or the left and right sound localization may sound misaligned. Please check that you are wearing the headset properly in your ears and see if it resolves the problem:

We are sorry if the bass sound quality of these LinkBuds did not live up to your expectations. The sound quality- especially the bass sound of this LinkBuds will depends on the source that you're playing and audio device that you are using. While we're delighted you like the incredible audio quality and open-ring design, we regret to know that you're having constant pressure on your ears when putting on our WF-L900 LinkBuds. The LinkBuds may fall out or feel uncomfortable during use if you don't wear the LinkBuds properly or the ear fitting supporters are not correct for your ears.

• If you feel the size of the fitting supporters does not fit your ears, change the fitting supporters to another size that fits your ears better. The size of the left and right fitting supporters may be different.
• Check that you are wearing the headset properly in your ears.
• If you wear the headset for a long time, your ears may start hurting. Use the headset while taking breaks periodically.

Sound leakage is just normal due to its open-ring design that allows you to stay aware of your surroundings without taking them out. Hear calls, listen to music, play games, and hear other types of online content anytime, all while remaining naturally connected to the ambient sounds around you. It also means other might hear what you are listening to, especially at higher volumes.

If you feel the size of the fitting supporters does not fit your ears, change the fitting supporters to another size that fits your ears better. The size of the left and right fitting supporters may be different. The fitting supporters are common for both left and right sides.

If they are too big or too small, select a different fitting supporter to help the LinkBuds fit better and feel more comfortable.
