The size of the left and right fitting supporters may be different.
Check that you are wearing the headset properly in your ears.
To wear the LinkBuds,
Check the (left) and (right) marks on the headset.
Check the position relation between the ear and the headset when you put the headset unit into your ear.
Hold the headset with your fingers.
Put the headset units into both ears.
Check if the headset is worn properly.
If you wear the headset for a long time, your ears may start hurting.

Great buds for active wearers

They dont fall out and are very comfortable to wear. Great for walking around allowing you to hear your surroundings and navigate things safely. The biggest plus for me is noting is sticking into my ear canals which would irrate the insides of my ear during long wears.

They certainly look odd, but the sound is very good. What I like about them is that they allow you hear activity around you very well. If you are looking for noise cancellation, pass on these, but if you need earbuds that allow you to be aware of your surroundings, they are amazing!

We’d love to help you troubleshoot your problem to make sure your LinkBuds is great. The LinkBuds may fall out or feel uncomfortable during use if you don't wear the LinkBuds properly or the ear fitting supporters are not correct for your ears.
Medium-sized (M) ear fitting supporters are attached to the LinkBuds at the time of the purchase. If they are too big or too small, select a different fitting supporter to help the LinkBuds fit better and feel more comfortable. We recommend starting with the larger sizes and working your way down to the smaller sizes until you find the best fit.

Perfect for walking a dog

They're extremely light and have a very open back feeling to them. I use them to walk my dog in an urban environment, so I can hear what's going on around me and so far they have worked great. Battery life is pretty good, about 2.5 hours before they need to be charged in the case. It has something called wide area tap which I thought was a gimmick but I actually do use it. What I like most about it though is that it doesn't sound artificial like most passed throughs. Environment sounds real because it is real. One criticism would be that the base is not that punchy, but that was expected. Also has a decent microphone for calls

Mediocre sound, software, build.

But beyond that, the software for them is also on the okay at best side with wide area tap getting false positives while I wear them. Finally, the plastic they’re made of is extremely cheap and scratchy feeling. I can’t recommend these honestly, especially for the price.
