Left Ear Wiring Failed After 1 Use

Still has good clear sound with bass and actually stays in my ears. However, I got one 2-hour use out of this new purchase and the left ear now has intermittent or usually no noise. I tested with three different devices, so definitely the earbuds. Upset I threw out the packaging and receipt.
