Purchased to use on airplane and it worked great. The noise cancelling feature really tuned out the engine noise. I was sitting in front of the engines. I would definitely use again when flying. for the price it was an excellent purchase.

Quality of sound with the headphones is excellent. They are comfortable and easy to use. However, the headphones do not totally delete outside noise.

It’s held up pretty well since purchased. Used it for music streaming, livestreams via OBS, via aux for monitors on console(mixer), pretty good stuff.

Cancels noise and provides fantastic music and TV input. Comfortable. I often fall asleep with them on.

I bought this as a gift, and when I tried them it sounded as I expected: Not so deep in the bass but also shallow at higher frequencies. The noise-canceling feature does boost the sound slightly, but overall, it's a good choice if you only listen to a limited genre of sounds. It's great for pop and some electronic songs. I would recommend the WHCH series of Sony for a more broad number of genres. Also, when you're listening to them, they tend to fall from your head, so you need to find a position where doesn't fall from your ears.

These are good, light weight, and the noise canceling works well. I use these for DJ gigs.

Sony consistently delivers good sound on a variety of levels. For an inexpensive pair of headphones, these are a great value!

This is the second pair I have gotten for my son. He uses them every day. Great sound quality and durable for the price. He is kind of rough on them, and his first pair lasted over 2 years. They still work, but one ear pad fell off. He uses them at school.

These headphones are acceptable because I say so. Why do you ask, because at 73 years of age and having managed a radio station for 7 years in my mid 20's I have worn out 15 pair of head phones. Some were excellent some fell short of that. I believe this pair of noise canceling Sony MDR-ZX110NC will more than satisfy me on my next flight out to a preferred destination which all previous pair did not measure up to today's standards.

I love love LOVE these headphones. They are perfect earmuff-style headphones for jogging. In my experience, many earmuff-style headphones get ruined when you jog with them because of sweat but these ones last for long periods of time. The quality of sound is very good as well.

I found them to very comfortable,folds easily to put away,best of all sound is optimal surround. Awesome!!!! Noise cancellation.

I bought these to watch TV at night. They are very comfortable and I don't even have to put on the Noise Cancellation feature they keep out the household noise around me so well. I might have to buy a second pair for the other TV!!! Recommend highly!!!

Comfortable for long flight even with a large head. Noise suppression is ok Essentially it sounds louder without most of the aircraft hum. With it turned off over the ear cushions help some on its own Folds easily Be nicer if it has a soft bag case

These are great headphones with really high quality sound and very comfortable fit. The price point relative to the quality is really impressive overall.

The active noise cancellation, while noticable, isn't that great but these are budget headphones for that feature so don't expect a lot. Otherwise they work well and have decent sound.

These headphones have great sounds and feel on the ear, The only complaint is that you have to be careful when you fold them and unfold them, I had my speaker part snap off. otherwise, this product would have a 5-star rating.

I wanted name brand noise cancelling (NC) over-the-ear headphones for an upcoming trip of mine, but didn't want to spend a lot of money since I don't travel a lot and I already have wireless ear buds, so I tried these out. This may be as good of headphones you can get at this price since it was comparable to cheap on-ear NC headphones I once used many years ago, but I would recommend to my friends that they spend more money to get better ones. PROS: 1. Compact folding design & up/down adjusting for each side. 2. Extra long battery life - On an AAA battery (one included) NC will work for 87.5 hours according to rtings.com. That's gotta be better than most wireless or wired headsets! 3. Sound quality with & without NC seemed fine when listening to music. CONS: 1. Its NOT over-the-ear, its on-the-ear. Opening is only the size of a coin (see pic for comparison). The outer cushion did cover my entire ear. 2. Lack of comfort. It felt OK to wear them for 2 hours straight, but after removing the headphones is when my ears hurt for a while. The rest of my head felt fine despite padding being only on the ears. 3. Noise cancellation - I turned it on with low to mid pitch background noise of moderate volume, and it was less effective than I had hoped, so if I had to guess I wouldn't expect it to drown out more than 70% of airplane noise, if that.
