These are noise canceling headphones that are advertised to efficiently block low frequency sounds like an airplane jet engine or an air conditioner... but let me tell you - they are excellent at blocking high frequency sounds as well. I couldn't hear anyone's voice and it was great. I'm sure there are better noise canceling headphones out there, but these are a good starting point if you aren't willing to blow $150+ They have a great design and fold up for storage. I'm very happy with these.

If you are looking for quality for a good price, you can't beat these Sony noise cancelling headphones.

got these for my dad bc he moved into my house and doesnt understand that when people are sleeping at 2am and have to get up for work, that he shouldnt have the tv volume all the way up so you can hear it from outside the dang house. got tired of yelling at him so got him these to wear at night. worked great, only downside is apparently when theyre plugging into the tv, you cannot just turn them off and have the volume come through the tv speakers, you have to get up and unplug them from the tv each time.

These headphones are lightweight and easy to adjust, but the best part is the way they block outside noise. I use them primarily with my laptop but they work well for just listening to music.

got these for my son to use at school, they were cheap and decent quality, and fit his head well. the audio quality is pretty good for the price as well, I used to use these before upgrading to studio quality headphones. maybe not the most comfortable headset in the world but they're tolerable and better than others I have tried

I use this headphones with my Roku remote at night so I don’t wake any one up while watching tv. The sound quality is great and the comfort level is good too.

As a radio DJ I need light weight affordable headsets The Sony brand is my go to for on air and studio use. Only get them at Best Buy. Quality over Quantity!

I am not an audiophile-was just looking for decent headphones for when I travel. I wanted to get away from earbuds for long periods of listening, and these fit the bill nicely. The price was right, and I would buy them again.

These are almost certainly the most affordable high-performing noise-cancelling headphones carried by Best Buy. They were not featured on the store’s website, but I discovered them on the store shelves, displayed among much more costly headphones. There Is at least one drawback to this model: it does not offer bluetooth or any other wireless capability — these phones are strictly hard-wired. That’s not a problem for me, as I use them on airplanes that still have mini headphone jacks, and these phones came with a two-prong mini adapter for use on some airline systems. I don’t mind using a lightning adapter if I want to listen to audio on newer-model Apple devices. On the plus side, these phones cost a fraction of the price of competing bluetooth headphones.

Very nice sound, good base, comfortable wearing. No issues, easy to use.

It was a great product for th e price! I can jam to my music for hrs on end. Wish it had a mic tho.

When I use these headphones it is for 2 to 3 hours at a time. They are comfortable and have decent sound. Cheaper than others

These Sony Headphones are comfortable and do a good job canceling noise as advertised. A great value for the performance they provide.

This headset was quite good for the price. The noise cancellation worked well enough and the sound quality was pleasant. It is comfortable to wear for an extended time.

I fly on the airlines almost weekly. I find these headphones to be lightweight and cancel the noise of the plane engines. They have great sound reproduction. I would buy them again!

You can still hear outside noise when wearing these but they are good enough for plane. Good for the price.

Very good for the sale price at the time of purchase. Hardwired for external noise from family. Batteries give boost and good noise cancelation. Purchase extended cord because I sit 10ft from the amplifier.

these Sony noise canceling headphones is a very decent quality. The noise canceling feature helps concentrate and focus on whatever the audio is you're listening to.

This headset is great! The sound cancellation works really well of course I've never had a pair headsets that had noise cancellation. But these are awesome! The only complaint I have is maybe the ear paddings are too small because after wearing these for about an hour my ear start hurting. I would get bigger headsets to cover your ears instead of it being on the air.
