Very comfortable. Light weight and the sound is great. Folds up great for traveling or to carry with you.

He likes that they are lightweight and are simple to use. He has difficulty hearing and they are a great aid for him. He had a pair of wireless that had a strong bass that made the voices hard to hear. These earphones use normal voice sounds. They do have a wire to plug-in so if you're using them to watch TV you will need to plug them into a TV or a stereo system that receives the TV audio and outputs to earphones via earphone jack. I recommend purchasing a long audio extension cord for viewing TV at normal distance.

Overall these headphones are a great fit, they are comfortable and block out the noise around me so I can enjoy my music.

I bought these and an additional pair for my wife for a 6hr flight, and they worked great! We had a crying child and loud laughter onboard, and we could barely hear them. Plus, they were still comfortable for the entirety of the flight- no ear pain whatsoever.

They aren't the best by any measure, but they are fairly comfortable, they sound pretty good, and after using them for many weeks now, they are holding up well. They are also slightly above average in power efficiency. Being somewhat of an audio snob, these get a pass because of their intended use in this case.

When I opened the package, I was a little disappointed. Something about the plastic and construction on these felt kind of cheap, but to their credit they have been holding up fairly well. Even with me dropping a few times this past year. I just needed a fairly inexpensive set of headphones for basic listening, but these do sound pretty good when you turn on the boost function. It requires a single AAA battery, which I use rechargeables for this. Now, I did pay half price for these, so I am not so sure if I would pay the full price. I think it's still best to wait for a sale.

I bought the Sony 110nc for a gift to someone. On sale for 29.00. Regular price 59.00. I did notice the comfort is good. The headphones didn’t feel cheap. The problem is the sound quality. I might return them. I find this headphones are good listening to story books with a high grade feel. Sony doesn’t care about the sound quality. You don’t hear the even bass or treble. I think we are paying for the look. The headphones does cuts out noise perfectly. They’re very soft on the ears. I would say. It’s a 15 dollar head phone sound. Im from the 80’s so, if you bought a 60 dollar headphones in those days. They sound was very good. Now these companies want you to spend over hundred dollars to be in the game

I bought these for using on the plane when traveling. They work fine and fold up decently for stowing away. I chose these for their lower price as I figured that while traveling you might be more likely to break them and if that happens, I wouldn't be as upset if I dropped $100 on a pair. I think my only negative is the ear pieces should be a little larger. Noise canceling would work better if they were larger. Otherwise, a good buy for the money.

These Sony Noise Cancelling heasdphones are simply the best sounding, most comfortable, cost effective active noise cancelling headphones i've owned. As such at a sub 100 dollar purchase for this kind of headphone where you need privacy, i highly recommend. The sound signature is not over emphasized in the lows , mids , or highs which make it versatile for most listening styles. i love mine so now grab yours. All the best.

I got two of these cuz my spouses old headphones didn't work on one side any more. These are relatively comfortable for extended periods and sound really good! I used to use wireless phones but sometimes they would disconnect for no apparent reason. (Window 10 problem, so I learned) I figured I might as well get myself a pair at this price. ($39.99) I have not been disappointed at all! I have not used the noise cancelling feature yet but have read elsewhere it works OK.

Light weight and comfortable. Good sound, too. My mom used them and has now ordered her own.

Have been very pleased with this purchase, I like to listen to music while doing work on my laptop. The noise-canceling feature is nice, though it just amps the sound up to drown out external noise. Overall great buy, use them several hours a day 3-4 times a week. Can't speak on how long the single AAA battery lasts as I don't turn the noise-canceling feature on much.

They work perfectly, the sound quality is nice, and they fit snuggly in my ears. I also like how you can bend them, which can be really helpful when packing it somewhere. I shouldve bought these a long time ago.

I use these to live monitor while recording and gaming. They're comfortable. Not too tight. They clamp to the ears, rather than cover the whole ears so, long term wearing might cause fatigue. Clear sound. I don't really notice any difference with noise cancelling on but, that's not the main reason I bought these. I just needed headphones without a mic boom. They are really good for the price.

Whenever I air travel, the constant ambient air travel sound (cabin air, outside engine noise) makes it difficult for me to hear dialogue (especially soft/quiet talking) on whatever device I'm using to watch shows. Went to Best Buy to try out the Active Noise Cancellation headphones. This particular Sony model is the least expensive, and as such, nowhere near as good as the top end Bose. Still, for around $50, I did notice that it cut out a certain level/frequency/whatever of noise once turned on which made it MUCH easier to discern what folks were saying on the movies/shows I watched on the 5hr flight. These would have worked better if the headphones actually covered the entire ear - why Sony didn't utilize this simple passive noise abatement is beyond me. They sit on the ear which required an occasional adjustment to make sure they covered the ear canal. The unit is powered by a single AAA battery that sits inside the right earphone - battery life is rated at 80hrs (Sony gives you two with the headphones). If I decide to do much more frequent flying, I might invest in the Bose -- they were incredible at the store. For occasional flights, these low cost headphones work decently.

Good headphones, good sound and they fit well on my head. The only disadvantage is that my ears start paining after some constant use.

Sounds amazing and feels comfortable around my ears. I love that they fold and are slim to fit in my backpack filled with books and laptop. Again thank you for the ergonomic of these and pricing was great.
