battery life is amazing!

Owned for 9 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i bought this battery to fill my vertical grip when i bought the new a7riv. these batteries are awesome! i was coming from an a7rii and these batteries are like 5 times longer lasting - such a relief! and when you have 2 of them in a vertical grip you can take pictures or video all day!

Coming from older mirrorless cameras you have it ingrained in your head to have multiple batteries but honestly these last so long in the A7III one extra is plenty. Never had to break this out so far!

You’ll never have to worry about error messages about compatibility or whether or not the capacity will be reduced in 3 months.

Extra battery is always needed

I have tried off-brand batteries before but Sony is the original brand and works much better then off-branded batteries. The price is a bit high but at the end of the day it’s worth the price.

Original worth the price

You may save money in the beginning but end up spending more the long run as you will replace them within 3-6 months where originals have lasted me years.

If you need a consistent and reliable battery for you camera, buy this. If you can afford to miss some shots due to battery malfunctions then get the aftermarket variety.

I am student and sometimes forget to charge it so I'll bring out me extra while the other charges so quikly. For my use, it will last for 2 days sometimes 3 in one charge.

It last for days but I got this to Sony VG-C3EM vertical grip. It insured that I can take as many pictures or film as much as I want without the fear of the camera shutting down.

Perfect battery

They last longer on each charge and longer in lifespan. I would just buy it from somewhere aside from Best Buy.
