It's about Bestbuy promotion and support. I bought a Sony a6400. They had a promise in December which included 1 extra battery and a bag. They somehow put this battery for Sony a6400. Of course, it can't be used for a6400 since it doesn't fit. It was a hassel to exchange this for the correct battery.
