Have had an Xbox 360 previously so getting used to the menu took a little but but after a day it was easy. System works great and is quiet. No lag issues and picture looks great

had always been an xbox fan, but Nioh looked way too good to not play, got the PS4 on black friday and couldn't be happier. set up was a breeze, just not used to the controller.

Sleek, nice looking, works well. Just getting used to it and learning how it all works. Easy set up and can’t wait to use it more.

After all these years Playstation remains on top for a reason and it only takes a few mins with it to see why. Great design, great game selection and superior graphics.

Super awesome gaming platform. I have an Xbox one s but prefer the gaming options, fluidity of graphics and ergonomics of gaming controller. It’s a must have for game lovers !!

I owned the original PlayStation in the 90's and a PS2 in the early 2000's and loved them. I went with the Xbox 360 last generation and picked up an Xbox One this generation. I decided to grab a PS4 a month ago as well. The online game subscription pales in comparison to what Microsoft has to offer, but outside of that you can't go wrong with PlayStation.

Purchased as a Christmas present for my daughter. She loves it. It has a lot of features that I know nothing about but she really enjoys playing different games on the PS4. She's always asking for more games. I hope it lasts for a very long time because it was expensive at least for my pockets!

Very cool and nice and easy to set up, I haven’t had any trouble with getting use to the features. I hope it lasts as long as my PlayStation 3

This was the perfect Christmas gift for my grandson who is 13 years old. It arrived sooner than scheduled. Was delivered in a well protected box. Easy to setup and begin play.

It was worth waiting for, the graphcs were fantastic. I have a Samsung 4K tv, and the ps4 always amazes me. My son loves playing the In-sanity Crash Banducoot game on it.

Game play and graphics are awesome. Characters look realistic. The rumble features are excellent. I'm satisfied with my purchase.

Playstation has away been a good gaming system. This is just as good as all the rest. It does just want it is suppose to do with no glitching. great system for a good price.

Amazing console. Don't know about about ps5 but this console itself is a pretty good piece and also for the current price point.

My son's PS4 was over heating and he was in need of a new one. We were happy to find that BB had them available. Especially with the new ones coming out soon, we didn't want to pay over the top for a new one just to replace it again in a few months with the next, newest "thing". BB had it in stock and the delivery time wasn't too bad either (considering the going's on ;) ) All in all - happy with the entire transaction!

If you have a Xbox it’s time for a change. Ps4 is easier and everything is organized perfectly you can even folder things into groups. Streaming setting are simple
