I am not much of a gamer but got this so I could practice and play with grandson when he comes over. It works fine.

I feel like the paint job (whatever it's called) could have been done a little better... and i also felt like it should've been 2tb. 1tb really isn't that much... and plus Sony is always giving away a free game... not even something cheap like the order or until dawn? come on... Also anyone wondering the difference between all the ps4s: theres the original the slim - ALMOST the exact same as the original with a few minor changes, different colors, and slimmer (obviously lol) honestly as owner of all 3... there really isn't much of a difference between the original and the slim... besides the way it looks and the ps4 pro - 2tb of memory and a little more power.

I'm personally an XBOX guy, but couldn't pass up the 1TB memory for the price. It's actually pretty awesome.

At fist I was concerned with this PS4 because of the gold finish. After un-boxing and setting up the console I loved the look. The subtle gold finish was not tacky and made a compelling centerpiece in the entertainment area. $50 less an the 1TB hard drive makes this a valuable purchase.

I already had a PS4 console, but when I heard this was going on sale I knew I wanted one. I purchased mine during the days of play sale, so it was $50 less than the normal price of $300. The gold console looks fantastic when displayed vertical and is a must have for any collector.

This is the second PS4 we have purchased. The first one overheated all the time and final just died! We purchased this one and haven't had any problems with overheating. Be sure to purchase the warranty - Best Buy is great about replacing things if you purchase their warranty!

We got this around Father's Day for the family BluRay player and gaming system. The price was right and supply was limited, but so far it has been a great purchase for the whole family. If you have kids I would recommend getting the Lego themed games for lots of family fun.
