PS4 major glitches

Sony refuses to fix anything. Please check online reviews before you buy!!! I am currently locked out of my account for 6 months for no reason at all. This means my kids cannot play game I bought. Only I can play them. Lots of people have had this problem. For some reason the system just deactivated me and won't let me back in. Sony thinks this is not a problem because I can still play. However, no one else can play on this console under their names. It's ridiculous. A very common issue, and one of many. I loved the old playstation, but this is a major regret for me.

Tried to contact support but due to the pandemic there is no one to help. Somewhat disappointed but will probably try again.

How many game systems can one person own. She w ate sit and now it sits collecting dust. Other than some newer games there was nothing cutting edge about it.

Defective PS4

We connected everything and the PS4 made a sound like it wanted to start reading the disc but it couldn’t. My husband saw some videos and chats about this known issue with PS4’s. Had to return (thank’s Best Buy, for an easy return process!) and purchased another one somewhere else (all sold out at B.B). So far, it is working fine. I’m just a little scared that it will stop working any minute now.
