I am glad I bought the extended warranty for the playstation4. Geek squad replaced the playstation4 after checking and verifying that the disc thing would not let the games be inserted in the playstation4 system . Thank you for the help

Only complaint I have is that downloads can take awhile to complete, otherwise, it's a great console.

This is my girlfriends PS4. I'm doing the review for her so she can get some bonus points. She likes the PlayStation but doesn't play it as much as she claimed she would. We mostly use it to watch movies. More like a $300 DVD player.

Decent console overall but not sure yet how to use all the features. Overall the graphics are great!

History shows that the sony consoles end with the widest variety of games outside of PC and steam. That alone is a great reason to go with the ps4, so the faster download and install times over xbox one are just icing on the cake.

PS4 system is great but COD is just okay. Only complaint about the system is the number of updates.

This was east to use and sign up for. Great way to shop and play station online.

He loves his PlayStation 4 a great deal. I have now been able to use it as a carrot for doing well in school. When he is not performing as expected, I take it away until his behavior improves. So far, so good. It's working.

There is room for a few upgrades. Would be nice if it didn't un sync when it sits for a bit. It's just a pain. And trying to load games takes FOREVER... don't like that. We switched from a PS3... maybe we were just used to those features? But even my 16 year old son gets irritated... so it's not just an age thing. HAHAHA! It's still a great product, has some pretty fabulous features, and offers some good game selections.

I'm a casual gamer so I find that 500GB of storage suits me perfectly. I don't see myself maxing out anytime soon, and if I do I can easily free up space since I'm not one to stay active with multiple games at the same time.

Doesn't take up a bunch of room. Easy setup. Didn't have overheating problems like with Xbox.

What more can I say but it's a Sony? I've been purchasing Sony products for decades and have loved every one of them. One had a problem (PC) and when I called customer service the had the solution sent to me over night.

I bought this for my boyfriends 31st birthday! He plays it everyday!!! Recently he dumped me because I am "too needy". Girlfriends be warned: Don't spoil your guy with gifts until you know he's truly in love with you.

We have 2 teen boys and they have always been PlayStation fans we also have tons of our boys friends over and it's like a PlayStation mania in our house minus all that PlayStation 4 is really liked in our family

I bought it as a gift for my boyfriend. I've never used it, but he seems really happy with it. Gives me a little quiet time to read my books while he plays COD. ;)

My son used his own money to buy this and loved it! He got rid of his Xbox 360 for it.

Seems to be the same as a PS3 Over all. Takes some getting used too. Beter graphics.

What can I say, if you like PlayStation, of course it's awesome, if you think playstaions suck cause you're an Xbox fan girl, talk to me when you've played through a game 100 times, cause you can't save. Amateurs

this was the bundle I wanted because the game it comes with ,infinite warfare, is hours of challenging fun for gamers. I would play for hours with my friends online and have some of the best team building fun.
