MY SON LOVED IT!!! he is constantly playing it and talking about it

I switched from Xbox 360 to PS4 and I'm blown away by the graphics quality! Downside is I cant 'port' my xbox characters to the PS platform... Annoying but not intollerable.

When I read reviews online for the refurbished ps4 I kept hearing people saying "it looked brand new with no scratches" and I was skeptical but this was the best option for my money and it was worth every penny! It works perfectly and I'm one happy customer! :)

I purchased this as a birthday gift for my nephew's 8th birthday and he loves it! I ordered online for in store pick up, placed order at 8am it was ready for pick up by 1pm the same day. Excellent, works great, very fast just like brand new. Nicely refurbished.

We have been Playstation users for a while. The PS4 does not disappoint. We use it not just for game playing, but also for watching blu-rays. Great quality and sleek design. We also bought the open box to save a little money and have had not problems.

this new ps4 is great has new nice features but i dont like the fact that it takes to long to load the games on the memory for example the games that you buy on the ps store sometimes takes like a couple hrs to download it but overall nice product

I purchased this product at my local Best Buy and was pleased with the quality of the refurbished item. Though I did need another controller; Best Buy associates replaced the one it came with right away, no questions asked. It's been working great since.

Works great from first start up. The only challenge I've had is accessing the tv apps a couple times. It happened right after I closed out of a game. I simply turned off the system and turned it back on again and the apps were accessible again. Not sure if this was a user error or not but that was the only challenge I've had

Bought it as a gift for my two younger brothers. While I was surprised that it doesn't use composite cords to connect with Tvs (our oldest TV is in the living room), it's not a major issue since we have other televisions that have the HDMI connectivity.

Decent for pricing but still a little high. Should just spend the extra to get a brand new one

Great value gaming system that performs as expected

I wasn't really sure about getting this because it was refurbished, but it is awesome. Paired with Borderlands the handsome collection and endless amount of customization of themes. It has been a blast. It is better to have the PS Plus and a strong internet connection though and if you don't have those its hard to play with friends.

I've been an Xbox guy for a long time and finally decided to try the PlayStation and I'm glad I did. It has some really great exclusive games and the interface and overall presentation is so well done. Definitely glad I took the leap.

I was hesitant about purchasing a refurbished machine, but it runs like brand new. I love the sleep mode because I can charge the controller while it's off and when I turn it on to play boot up time is SO fast! Highly recommended!

I've had this refurbished PS4 for a few weeks now with moderate to heavy usage with absolutely no issue whatsoever. My only complaint with PS4 in general is the lack of 3rd party controllers, but I'm sure those will come in time.

The play station "four " is a updated system that offers hours of enjoyment for my family. My son and I play " the show " baseball, we have a series of games we are playing . This has been great fun for us, we look forward to each game.
