I need to return and exchange my PS4 because it doesn't work properly. Don't buy refurbished. Spend the extra $175 and buy new. It's a hit or miss situation buying refurbished.

I am a gamer, I went for XBOX to PS$ because I wanted to play online with my brother and nephew. I've been happy with my purchase from bestbuy ever since. Even though it was refurbished it looked brand new!

I had been looking for a console to purchase for a long time and decided on the PS4. It has not disappointed and I have no complaints.

My son broke his original One and I was not going to buy him a new one. So I looked into used ones when someone told me about the refurbished units Best Buy sells. I am super happy with the quality and choice of my purchase

Great system! My parter loves it. I only wish that it would play games from earlier playstation systems.

I searched the Internet for ps4 description and performance reviews. Best Buy had the best price and as an added bonus the ps4 refurb was in stock at my local store. In and out in 20 minutes is what I call good service.

It was hard decision between this and the Xbox one. Considering that the Xbox one just became backward compatibility but I'm still happy with my purchase, even though I don't have the time to play it like that....

Saved a some money and bought refurbish. nothing wrong with it. not a scratch on the console. Console boots up perfectly.

Works Flawlessly And No Imperfections what so ever, Only Oroblem is i wish it was the new version of the playstation with the all matte case and lower power consumption. Still very satisfied though!

Loved this purchase. Great to have since you can do so much more then just play games. Live streaming with apps and also watching movies with apps like Netflix and amazon movies.

I bought this second PS4 for my youngest sons birthday only because of the challenge of both of my son's playing separate games. I like Best Buys rewards so it only makes sense to keep going back.

It has been only a week from the day one. We played games few days but already have an issue with this refurbished product. The console is ejecting a game cd and not sucking in. Plan to exchange but no confidence in this product.

The PS4 is a monster computer. With that comes long downloading of game data and occasional errors and restarts. The PS4 network is also surprisingly slow...not sure why? However, this is a wonderful awesome device. Kills the PS3, although I wish they were compatible.

Overall Im glad i waited to purchase this console. Wish there were more games. But having the PS+ i get access to free games. Even past games that have been remastered.

I hate that I had to buy a new one since the first one we got somewhere else died, but this one from best buy is lasting longer than the new one did!

My last console was a Wii. I haven't been interested in any of the new ones in a while but because of all of the options and features of the PS4 I finally decided to get one again.

The refurbished PlayStation 4 came in an original box. Gave to my son as a birthday present and he was thrilled. Great purchase and good price. Easy ordering and even easier to pick up in store

This unit work and looked just like new. Has play and performed well. I would recommend getting one with a larger hard-drive though. I have had to get an external to allow for all the games that get played on it in my household.

I luv my PS4,, when u play and movie or a video game .. The quality can really distinguish .. I'm reallg glad they didnt change the style too much of the joystcik

I've had my PS4 for almost a year now - I use it all the time, for gaming, music, television... I have had so much fun with it from Day One! Absolutely no regrets! :)
