We bought a refirbushed Playstation which is something I normally would not do. But I have had zero issues with it. Works like new! Has all the features we need.

This refurbished ps4 has met all my expectation had trouble with the controller not charging but Best Buy was right on top of things exchanged it and all is good

Great console exclusives, gets used every single day, would recommend buying additional external memory so you never have to delete games

this is the first time I purchased a refurbished product and would say I am not disappointed. it looked brand new. the reason I gave it 4 stars only was because it didn't have a warranty and it didn't come with the earphones.

The Ps4 we purchased doesn't load FFXV as fast as we would have liked, but that might be the fault of the large game. Other than that, we are a little late to the game to purchase the PS4, but we love it for what it does.

Great price and here I am 5months later. System still works fine. Only problem was the R2 button, on all four my controllers (1 with ps4, 2nd ps4, 2 single buys).

Just got my first ps system, mainly a xbox guy but i really like the ps 4 exclusive games and it is very fast and has plenty of power! Highly recommmend

Works just like brand new! With the money you save you can get yourself that game you want with it and it's still cheaper than a brand new one. Great buy

I love my PS4 refurbished, however I constantly encounter network issues. Some days I can go online, a lot of times I cannot. It is especially a problem when trying to watch Hulu.

I never was a console guy. Ive always been a pc gamer but im very glad i purchased this. Great games so far. The newer gen consoles have come a long way.

I love the PS4, so I got a refurbished one for my little sister. It worked all of a day then wouldn't turn on. It's not a horrible console, it's just the fact I bought a refurbished model. There's always risks.

Honestly besides a different box and not including the cheap headset Sony normaling includes in the box you can't tell the PS4 isn't brand new.

I enjoyed nice savings selecting a refurbished PS4. The only drawback is I was disappointed to find only one controller included. I'm not a gamer, I bought this for my son when he visits, so I wasn't aware.

Purchased this for myself and have had no problems. Glad I got it as I would never have played with any of the games that came with the bundle consoles.

Bought a refurbished unit, and had to exchange for another unit because it wouldn't eject the game, or even acknowledge there was a game in the consol. I would spend the extra money for a new one next time.

The graphics on this console are amazing. Characters seem almost life like. The availability of games are wide in variety. My family loves it.
