I was a bit reluctant to buy a refurbished PS4 but after having used it for a few weeks I can attest that it's as good as a new PS4. It was in great condition and works perfectly.

The first PS4 that I received had an audio problem. I did everything that I could think of, but was unable to get any sound. Neither Sony nor Best Buy could suggest anything that fixed the audio. The problem must have been with the sound card. This is something that probably should have been caught in testing. I went back to Best Buy and exchanged the PS4. The new one works fine.

I love this new system, it makes my gaming experience much more fun and easier.

I can't even tell that it had any use before I purchased it. Works like new!

The best gaming counsel out there. More and more games are becoming available.

Received a defective unit. Best buy customer service is very unhelpful, and disconnected me numerous times after being on the phone for long periods of time. Also called the local best buy and they didn't want anything to do with it. Have noticed a large decline in services and support from best buy over the years.

Purchased a refurbed PS4 with some hesitation, but soon found out what a great deal this is and how great the product turn out to be.

Although it may say refurbished it was basically brand new had no problem with the system it worked great and I continue to buy any refurbished items at Best Buy.

WE CAME TO STORE BOUGHT ONE SYSTEM AND IT DID NOT WORK AFTER GOING THROUGH HOOKING EVERYTHING UP SO WE HAD TO UNDO EVERYTHING AND GO BAVK TO STORE TO EXCHANGE OUT OTHER THEN THAT IT WAS GOOD

Purchased less than 10 days ago. Connected it last Friday, set things up on screen and put in a game. After that everything went very wrong!. The unit kept shutting itself off after making odd noises. Then it would come back on stating we had shut it off improperly. This happened 5-6 times, it also put smudges and some scratches on the two games tried. This is the first and last time I ever buy a refurbished PS4 from Best Buy! ( or any other used game unit)

Great gaming console except it's a refurbished and for the price of 299, might as well but a new one with a game already which will run you about 350 and the refurbish games not include it which will run you like 60 bucks for new one.

I purchased a refurbished PlayStation 4 (mistake#1) from this store. After 1 month and 17 days, the console stops working. At the time of purchase I was told this unit was under a 90 day warranty. I called this store and an employee told me to bring it back in. When I get there with this unit, I was told there was nothing they could do and to send it to Sony. I call Sony and Sony tells me that Best Buy would have to pay for repairs. It was a back and forth thing. The more I tried to get help, the worse the customer service at Best Buy got. Both BestBuy and Sony told me they were sorry that I wasted $326.99 on a bad unit (as if that was to comfort me) and there was nothing neither could do about it. I ended up having to pay another $163 to have the console fixed myself...SO I say...STAY AWAY FROM REFURBISHED ITEMS if at all possible.

It started out great, was working good. Then after a few days it started to turn on like 1 out of 40 times i tried. So I returned it today and am stuck with a $60 game and $60 controller. All I want it a 500GB slim, but oh no I have to buy a bundle. So ef that not doing it.

Ordered fromy bestbuy.com, shipping was quick but product didn't work when it got to my door.
