I have no complaints about the system other than if it weren't for me having a super fast internet connection The Last of Us Remastered would have took forever to download. Super quiet operation, solid build quality, nice interface, highly recommended.

The Playstation 4 is awesome! Processing and loading times are much faster than the PS3. Download times are faster as well. Can't wait to see everything Playstation has in store for the future!

The PS4 is a remarkably powerful system with a very simple and fast interface. It's very easy to get around the menus and easily open and close applications. The streaming functionality works great and can be used not just to share your progress but also to look into games you might be interested in. My only gripe isn't exactly with the system itself; rather, there's almost no good exclusives in its library at the moment. Spring 2015 looks like it's going to be pretty good to the PS4, though.

This is a fantastic bundle if you're looking for a PS4. The only other bundle that would be better is the PS4 Military Appreciation Bundle (If I only knew about that first). Other than that this is probably the most recommended bundle for civilians.

The ps4 is a powerful next gen console. Sony has several play station only titles coming in 2015 including The Order and Uncharted 4. The PS4 can also substitute as a desktop in many ways, including Netflix, and can also be used as a Bluray player.

I've never owned a Playstation, always bought Nintendo and then xbox. I have an Xbox one bit all of my buddies had the ps4 so I bit the bullet and tried it. Both systems have advantages over the other but you shold be happy with either purchase

This is a great quality system. I do have to admit I was kind of skeptical when I first brought it considering I waited a whole year and the last of us was a pretty awesome game plus it has plenty of space for games I do not regret buying this.

Great graphics, and awesome games! The controller is much more comfortable than the xbox one's controller. The console and controller are ahead of the games, the controller has touch pad features but sadly barely any games allow that to be used.

You know what you're getting here, so I'll just mention 2 things I didn't expect. First - the cooling fan noise is ridiculous on graphically intense games. I had this in an open slot well vented in my tv stand, nothing helped. Second, not a fan of the controller....the O button is way too far off the face, but this is just a preference. I'm more disappointed with the "hair dryer" noise my PS4 makes when playing through "the order" or "the last of us".

great hardware. Sony has clearly put a lot of work in building out the Sony Online Universe, however the core games that are PS4 exclusives are just not there. In hindsight its a bit tough to see why one would get the PS4 over the XBOX One, while the XBOX One has a few core exclusives. That being said, I'm happy with my PS4 and am looking forward to new games coming out on the system.

I came in trading in my old PS3 with my old games and the whole process was smooth and easy. Everyone was so helpful and even helped me pick out an extra game. I love the service that I recieved making me feel like a valued customer. Thank you!

I was blown away by this console and am happy with the exclusives and capabilities. If only the stock internal was more than 500g... my only complaint after months of owning the system.

The Play Station 4 is so much more realistic than the X Box One. I have purchased them both, and through Best Buy. I am more pleased with the PS4 as it is so much more realistic. Love it!

My ps4 works great and have yet to have any issue with it functionally yet, the only thing that irritated me was I have to do an online update to use the blu ray player which was annoying since when I first bought it I didn't have internet.

I've always been a playstation fan, as in I've owned PS, PS2, & PS3. Up until now, I use my Playstation 4 for everything such as YouTube, Netflix, Crunchyroll, WWE Network, and of course for gaming so it's definitely a must buy in my opinion.

I like the updated console and features that come with it. I am not however a fan of the paying for online play now.

I love this console! I upgraded the stock 500 gb hard drive to a hybrid 1 tb hard drive so I could store more games on it and it loads faster. It has a great selection of games and well worth the price. I recommend picking one of these up!

i buy this PC4 for a friend and he was very happy. the only problem is the game that came with and the accessories.

I waited to get it and i am happy i did, the graphics are amazing , the interface is alitle weird but still love it.
