Good product but extremely poor service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Product works great. The problem was the poor service. Called my local Best Buy and asked about it. Said they had it. Bought and went home. Never received the dual charger. Called and asked if I could come back. BB said they didn't have it in stock (after telling me they DID have it in stock). I asked if I could come pick one up when they got item in stock but they refused and were extremely rude about it. A big reason why I purchased it from BB was for the charger. I wish I would have returned it and took my business elsewhere but I didn't want to deal with the hassle or with the rude customer service ppl that worked there so I just kept it.

Great gaming system

Apparently there ar known issues with PS4 and Samsung TVs but all worked out we just bought a different smaller one for him to game on

Great system, awesome game series to start you off

Luckily, the PS4 does not dissapoint! Great system, and the Uncharted bundle is an excellent starting point for newcomers to the system.
