It was crazy Black Friday and I walked in just before close. An employee asked me if I needed help, told him what I wanted, and he took me to exactly what I was asking for. The cute girl at check-out was quick and curtious. Shopping and this best buy has always been a great pleasure!

The system meets all of my son's needs. The person waiting on me at the Best Buy store was knowledgeable and very nice to me as a customer looking for a present for our son. That's the reason i have always shopped at Best Buy even though sometimes i can find the same item at another store much cheaper. I hope your business keeps that in mind when i make purchases there. It would be nice once in awhile if coupons or ads were sent to our home instead of only seeing them online. Thank you, Mr. & Mrs. Burke

It's a very compact system that packs a lot of power and is well made. The game quality is amazing. Very happy with my purchase.

My son was so excited when he opened his PS4 on Christmas morning. This has become his favorite thing (which makes it a great consequence if grades aren't up etc). He is able to get online and play with friends and cousins and has so far really enjoyed the station and the games.

I had been looking to purchase a PS4 for my son for Christmas and either everyone was out of stock or the price range was to high for the particular one he wanted. I kept checking and found it on sale at Best Buy. Great purchase and great price. Have thoroughly enjoyed the PS4.

I'm not a huge gamer, mainly bought it for my husband and he loves it. I like the Uncharted games so it was a win win. I personally don't see a whole lot of difference between this and the PS3, but apparently there were certain games that we better for the PS4 because of formatting and storage you were able to have more things in the game and this held true and hubby is happy. I use it for Netflix, which plays perfectly. Again, don't see much difference between PS3 and PS4 but again I'm not a gamer.

This was a great gift and the recipient loved it! I wasn't completely sure about the games, as I am not exactly a gamer. The reviews helped me choose this bundle over the rest. I bought this gift for a gamer, and he has thoroughly enjoyed the purchase. Overall, great deal too!

Unfortunately, the actual system I had purchased as a gift was defective. I took it back to the store, and they went ahead and replaced it for me with no problem! Almost three weeks later, my brother will not come out of his room so I take it that he loves his birthday gift!!

The ps4 is great. My only complaint is that it only comes with one controller. The Drake games are okay but not my favorite.

Pretty cool system. We just got it for Christmas and haven't had a chance to play it yet, but I'm happy with the deal we got.

PS4 is a great product, it was delivered quickly, and we purchased at a decent price. Customer service at BB was wonderful. My son has been begging for a PS4 since it came out. It came with a starter game which was very convenient since I didn't know what games he would want

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my little sister since she wanted one. The design of the ps4 looked nice. Setting it up was easy since it was pretty similar to the way a PS3 is set up. She hasn't played the uncharted game that came in the bundle, but she does enjoy using the PS4 with other games she had purchased or with the usage of youtube to listen to music. I might play the game myself one day and get back into video games, but for now, I can't really review that part of this bundle.

My twin 15 year ikd boys were thrilled to open this Christmas morning and have been playing on the PS4 every minute they can

Really loving this game so far. Surprisingly elaborate graphics and story are great.

I purchased this system for my son for X-Mas & another game & this was a good buy. I saved $50 so I just purchased the 2yr warranty with the savings I got. I may buy another for my nephew if they go on sale again.

I bought the PlayStation 4 because I wanted a DVD player along with a gaming console, little did I know that this console when hooked to the internet is just like having another computer with a big monitor, I just love the many function that is has along with playing games

Still getting used to the new operating system, but so far our family really likes this console. The graphics are stunning.

Have been deliberating whether or not to get the PS4 for a couple of years now, finally took the plunge on Black Friday and bought this bundle and couldn't be happier! Love the system and love the games! Hopefully it outlasts my PS3 which is still running like a charm. =D

This is an outstanding system for a 15 year old, it allows him to be social with all of his friends all while gaming. Rainy days and bad whether are not a problem when it comes to him still having fun with his friends. The entertainment is almost endless with this system.

My son cant stop playing. He already had the Darke 1 & 2 on ps3, but the graphics are so much better on the ps4. Good buy.
