We had a great experience at Best Buy! The associate who helped us was very helpful in helping us chose our first game station for our family! We were torn on which playstation to get. And we are very pleased with how friendly and easy it was to use the system. Its withstood a few bangs that i was fearful would've messed up the game. And i also love that we can view movies off it (DVDS). I wish we would have gotten his name so we could have written a great report about him!

I wasn't sure if the PS4 was worth getting. I already have a PS3 and wasn't sure if the upgrade was worth it. OMG!! This was the best purchase I've made in a very long time!! I highly recommend the PS4. X-box is in a lot of trouble!!

The game itself isn't bad, think 4 will be better. Cant complain with three free games sooo yeah.

It's a really good console, my kidz love it ,it keeps them busy right now that they are of track.

I got this as part of a Sony 4k bundle. The Nathan Drake collection is a great addition for someone who has never played the series before.

I love this game! Even better as a bundle pack. Three games in one. Love PS4 you can do a lot with the system itself. Blue ray player. Search the Web add app like Netflix. If you don't have it rush to your nearest store and buy it.

Ordered this console on Black Friday. When I received it, it wouldn't even turn on! Luckily, I called Best Buy and they acknowledged that the console was defective. They were amazing and sent another one out immediately and I received it three days later. Luckily, that one worked! PS4 is amazing though. No complaints whatsoever. It's a bit of a learning curve after transitioning from PS3 in terms of how the main menus look.

I have my doubt about this bundle, but this is a great bundle, great games with a great console.

Graphics on the new PS4 are fantastic, wireless connections make downloading update much easier.

I got this console to replace my PS3 and I am loving it, the only thing I had to change on it was the HDD. I placed a larger 1TB hybrid drive in it to make sure I did not run into storage space limitation issues.

Was not a planned purchase, how ever after speaking with an employee on this item. And the employee fully understanding that I knew nothing about game systems, Went into detail on the PS4 for me. Which made the husband and children very very happy on christmas morning. And the only reason it gets a 4 star instead of 5 is because I have yet to be able to watch a movie in my living room as they have taken it over for gaming.

What an upgrade from the already stunning PlayStation 3. Graphics, game quality, and the PlayStation Plus community are making this a new era in gaming. And the Nathan Drake collection is a great way to start a new game library.

Purchased this Playstation 4 with the Nathan Drake Collection for my own Christmas present. It's a good deal with a great collection. I would recommend this bundle to anyone who likes to have a great time for the entire family.

Bought my ps4 3 days before heading out of the country for a month. Was able to set it up quickly and got the remote play setting going before take off. I have been playing ps4 from 3000 miles away on my phone. Can't beat that.

Son loves it n it was at a great value!! Got a extra controller ( wireless) and glad we did so now friends can play too when they re over.. Highly recommend the gaming card too. This was you don't have to hear can I buy , etc..
