The PS4 seems to work great...but uncharted happens to be my favorite series to play however, everytime I play the game freezes and it shuts down!! Not sure what to do? This is brand new and i have considered just returning it all, but time will tell.

I bought this as a gift for my sons, so I can't comment on it, but they both love the PS4. They prefer the PS4 to the Xbox and the WiiU and have gotten rid of all other systems. Just wish they didn't break so easy and cost so much!

Bought it in store, brought it home and everything was great until it started periodically updating, after every update we have internet connectivity issues which sometimes last for 3 days. Other than that it works as expected.

My review is with the ordering process. I saw on your web site an offer for the playstation 4 bundle that included a Sony headset. Thinking this was a special package I ordered it. Best Buy excepted the order and gave me a confirmation number. Three days later I received an email telling me they canceled my order. I phoned and was told the order was canceled because the headset was not available but I could reorder the package that did not include the headset for the same price. I was not offered a replacement for that headset. To me this was a poor business practice even though it was probably a mistake on the part of Best Buy!

When I bought my PS 4 Uncharted bundle, the Uncharted game would freeze at the second scene even though the other games I bought wouldn't. After that I took back the game for the same one that did the same. I took the whole system in to have them check it out they traded it in an that didn't work after that they told me I couldn't give them the game for a different game because the game came in the bundle or buy a different system because I would lose 60$ because I bought the Playstation Plus online. It is BS the Playstation and Best Buy would be selling games in bundles that have glitches and not helping the customer somehow.

3 year old system failed and updated to this version. Failed within one day for disc not recognized. Replaced and has worked since with no issues. Replaced blue ray drive in original model, which also fixed that system.

I wanted to upgrade to a PS4 because there were a number of games I wanted to play. I assumed I wouldn't need my PS3 any longer, but apparently the PS4 isn't an upgrade, and is rather a whole new stand alone game unit.

I didn't know I would be getting a different controller. It has more annoying lights on the top of the touchpad. I'm not real sure if they have a purpose other than to help you find the controller in the dark.

It's ok I mean it's a PS4, but there is a current glitch that has returned and blue ray and dvd won't play and online gaming is hit or miss, so until Sony comes out with a fix I wouldn't bother with this.

The play station works great. The only problem is that i had about 15 ps3 games that i would have liked to be able to play, unfprtunately it does not have that option, so i had to get rid of them.

I'm a huge playstation fan. However, Playstation 4 is a money sucker. So disappointed. In order to take full advantage of the Playstation system- it costs a fortune. Boo

PS4 slim is good, but not great. There is no optical out port. The system is powerful and Uncharted 4 is a good game. The game library is not as good as the XBox One.

Have always had an X-box so decided to try a PS4. It's alright. Seems like it will be okay. Not sure if it is going to have the selection of games that X-box had.

I am a PC gamer but thought I'd try a PS4. Playing it gave me a headache and the controller was too foreign to me. Uncharted, however is a Great game!

My son loves his PS4. Games are great and functionality is impressive. But had to replace the system after 14 months -- just outside of the warranty.

PS4 fan for life, still not happy about the charge for the network. Ps3 user until games available worth playing on the PS network $$$.

System is good as normal with Playstation, only complaint is you can't play older games on this system. Otherwise it's a good purchase.

Thought it was a decent deal only to find out i paid $50 more. I esentially paid 50.00 for the 50.00 gift card that came with this.

I have been using the PS3 for many years but since they don't make games for it anymore I upgraded. No issues so far.

Cool but it needs more games. This generation has felt very light on new original games to enjoy with family.
