Get's Kids involved but not compatible with wi-fi.

I was very disappointing that i could not find this product without a box that was so inappropriate for my two boys to open from Santa on Christmas. We wanted to get them the device but with gun and man in distress on the cover it seemed inappropriate. Giving kids the item out of the box was not as exciting for them. I wish PlayStation would realize their packaging g is seen by all ages. I am not usually overprotective, I'm not against guns in general, but again this was not appropriate for the box of this item. Shame on PlayStation, and shame on me really for still purchasing.

The copier is extremely slow and skips printing the first pages. We have set it up perfectly but the delay is way too long. We will be exchanging it for something a bit faster

The ps4 slim to me means they took the original ps4 and put it on a diet, it got skinnier. However, as it is skinnier they left out the optical port, forcing me to either buy a refurbished original ps4 or spend $400, on the ps4 pro which i didn't want to do but did anyways since I already spent $250 on a headset and I play on a gaming monitor so I don't have a choice, unless I wanted to by a cheap headset. Disappointed that sony made this model and left out features that were on the original.

I was very excited to purchase a PS4 for my son for Christmas. However, the unit will not recognize either the included controller, or a second controller I purchased separately, when either controller is plugged in via USB. I've been trying various troubleshooting measures I found online, but none have worked. I never imagined that a video game console would fail right out of the box like this. My son and I are extremely disappointed.

unless you know how to use the controllers , it will take a while to fiqure them out because there are no instructions on how to use it

Returned console. Overheated after 5 minutes of use. Went online and researched this is a common theme with the PS4 slim

I had to return it after a few weeks as it stopped playing my step-daughter's game and then they could not get the disc back out. It took some time to get everything squared away with my finances back and a replacement game for her. I hear the newer version or premium version works better, but this 2017 basic version was a lemon.

Within 20 days of my purchase the console no longer turns on.

Taking it back.to best buy :(. Hope I have no problems again.
